New to mentoring a Year 2 ECT

For mentors who have completed mentor conference 1 but not conference 2 and are mentoring a year 2 who is in the second year of the ECT programme. This session offers guidance about how to support your ECT in year 2 of the programme.

These sessions support new ECTs, mentors and induction tutors with accessing the programme and Steplab prior to attending their first conference or in conjunction with a recorded conference,
