We recommend that you attend mentor conference 1 or a new induction tutor session in your first term as an induction tutor working with us. Please click the link next to each event below to register.

New Induction Tutor Session (September 2024)

This session aims to support induction tutors with understanding the principles underpinning Ambition Institute’s Early Career Teacher programme along with the enabling conditions for effective implementation within your setting. We provide clarity about the role of the induction tutor , the fundamentals of instructional coaching and guidance on using Steplab to ensure maximum participant engagement and excellent impact.
